How to Send in Your Tool for Repair
-Complete the Online Repair Form or Warranty Request Form online.
-Pack your tool securely to prevent damage during shipping
-For warranty repairs, include:
• A copy of the completed Warranty Request Form
• A valid proof of purchase
-Ship your package to:

-Once your tool arrives, our team will handle the rest!
-When your shipment is received, you’ll be notified by email and/or text.
-At that time, you can begin using our online Repair Tracker to follow your repair progress.
-When your tool has been diagnosed, you’ll receive another notification to view your diagnostic results.
-View your diagnostic results anytime through the Repair Tracker and approve the repair by returning to the Repair Tracker and selecting “Pay Your Invoice.”
(Note: You must manually enter the invoice amount from your ticket.)
-Once payment is received, your repair will be completed and shipped promptly.
-You’ll receive another notification when your tool has been shipped!
