Instructions for Shipping Your Repair

WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS!

  • Complete the online repair/calibration form and enclose it in your shipment.
  • Ship your repair to:

  • When we receive your tool, we will completely disassemble and inspect it. Once we have diagnosed the problem, you will be contacted with your free estimate.
  • If you approve your estimate, you will need to provide us with your method of payment. Your tool will then be repaired and tested, usually within five days. Once repair and testing is complete, your tool will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If you decline your estimate and wish to have your tool returned, you will only be charged actual returned shipping charges. Your tool will be returned disassembled due to possible safety issues.
  • If you decline your estimate and would like us to discard your tool, you will not be responsible for any charges.
  • All repairs are shipped by ground services unless otherwise specified by you.
  • Rush service and delivery is available at an extra cost. Please notify us if you require rush service.
